This policy explains how inspection requests are submitted, processed, and completed. By booking an inspection, you agree to the terms below.

2. Payment Requirement
Payment must be made at the time you submit your inspection request.
Requests without payment will not be processed or assigned to an inspector.
Accepted payment methods:
Secure card payment via Stripe Checkout, processed at the time of booking. Dealer monthly plans are not yet available.
3. Required Information
To process your booking, please provide:
- VIN
- Vehicle category, year, make, and model
- Pickup or auction location
- Contact name, email, and phone number
- Any access instructions or details the inspector should know (gate codes, lot numbers, seller contact, etc.)
Incomplete information may delay your inspection.
4. Turnaround Time
- Standard: typically 24–48 hours, depending on inspector availability and location
- Urgent requests: same-day service may be available upon request, subject to availability
Turnaround begins after payment is confirmed. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on vehicle location, access, and inspector scheduling.
5. Inspection Scope
Each inspection includes:
- Mechanical & structural review
- 40–120 photos
- Walk-around video
- Dashboard & warning light check
- Frame & underbody review
- Title, VIN, and odometer verification
- NPECC certificate
Note: Inspections cover visible and accessible components only. Hidden defects cannot be detected without disassembly.
6. Access Requirements
Dealers/customers must ensure:
- The seller grants access to the vehicle
- The vehicle is available at the scheduled time
- Any gate or access fees are covered
If the inspector cannot access the vehicle, a return fee may apply.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations before inspector assignment may be refunded
- Cancellations after assignment are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is allowed but may affect turnaround time
8. Certificate Delivery
NPECC certificates are delivered digitally and accessible anytime through the Order Tracking Portal using your tracking code and email.
All certificates are archived for future reference.
9. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Pay at the time of booking
- Communicate deadlines clearly
- Maintain professional communication
- Verify Nigerian import rules for their vehicles
10. Limitation of Liability
ComplyAuto is not responsible for:
- Hidden defects
- Auction errors
- Seller misrepresentation
- Mechanical issues after inspection
- Export or import delays
Our role is to provide accurate, documented pre-export verification.
11. Acceptance
By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you:
- Understand and accept this Booking Policy
- Agree to all payment and inspection terms
- Acknowledge that payment is required at submission
