Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to ComplyAuto Export Services LLC.

"Dealer/Customer" refers to any individual or business requesting inspection or compliance services.

"Inspection" refers to the mechanical, structural, and documentation review performed by the Company.

"NPECC" refers to the National Pre-Export Compliance Certificate issued by the Company.

"Booking" refers to any inspection request submitted through our website order form, or by other means the Company makes available from time to time.

2. Service Description

The Company provides:

• U.S. vehicle inspections
• Mechanical and structural assessments
• Photo and video documentation
• Title, VIN, and odometer verification
• NPECC certificate issuance
• Dealer support and reporting

Services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of submitting your inspection request.
• No inspection will be scheduled or assigned until payment is confirmed.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe Checkout, using a debit or credit card. Dealer monthly plans are not yet available.
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in the Booking Policy.

4. Booking Requirements

Dealers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• VIN
• Vehicle category, year, make, and model
• Pickup or auction location
• Contact name, email, and phone number
• Any access instructions or details the inspector should know (gate codes, lot numbers, seller contact, etc.)

Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or prevent service delivery.

5. Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is typically 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, depending on inspector availability and location.
• Urgent requests may be completed same-day when possible, subject to availability.

Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Inspection Limitations

Inspections are based on visible and accessible components only.

The Company does not:

• Dismantle vehicles
• Perform mechanical repairs
• Guarantee hidden conditions
• Guarantee auction or seller accuracy

The inspection reflects the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection only.

7. Access & Seller Cooperation

Dealers are responsible for ensuring:

• The seller grants access to the vehicle
• The vehicle is available at the scheduled time
• Any gate or access fees are paid

If the inspector cannot access the vehicle, the dealer may be charged a return fee.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations before inspector assignment may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations after assignment are non-refundable.
• Monthly plan fees, once available, will be non-refundable.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed at the Company's discretion.

9. Certificate Delivery

NPECC certificates are delivered digitally and accessible anytime through the Order Tracking Portal using your tracking code and email.

Certificates are archived for future reference.

10. Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Pay at the time of booking
• Communicate deadlines clearly
• Maintain professional communication
• Verify Nigerian import regulations for their vehicles

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Hidden defects
• Auction errors
• Seller misrepresentation
• Mechanical failures after inspection
• Export or import delays
• Losses resulting from vehicle condition changes after inspection

The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection.

12. No Guarantee of Import Approval

NPECC certificates support compliance but do not guarantee:

• Nigerian Customs clearance
• NADDC approval
• Import eligibility
• Duty or tax outcomes

Final decisions rest solely with Nigerian authorities.

13. Data & Privacy

The Company may store inspection data, photos, videos, and certificates for operational and compliance purposes.

Dealers are responsible for safeguarding their own data and communications.

14. Modification of Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

16. Acceptance

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to comply with all policies
• Understand that payment is required at submission
• Accept all inspection limitations and responsibilities
